We designed and delivered the full platform architecture from the ground up, hosting it in Google Cloud infrastructure, and integrating M-Files with Google Productivity applications, that was a premier for M-Files partners community worldwide and a huge adaptation test for us. Since then, we've managed day-to-day incidents, change requests, user training, and annual license renewals under a three-tier support model with a guaranteed 4-hour response for critical incidents.
