Disaster Recovery

A comprehensive design and implementation (turn-key) project aimed at significantly strengthening CNPP's operational resilience through the deployment of an integrated disaster recovery solution, engineered to safeguard critical data and services, ensure business continuity, and minimize the impact of incidents on the institution's day-to-day activities and citizen-facing services. The engagement covers the full lifecycle of delivery — from architecture and high-level design, through the supply, installation, and commissioning of complete hardware and software stacks, to the fine-tuning of replication mechanisms that mirror CNPP's production data and applications into a secondary data center operating under strict disaster recovery parameters.

The technology rollout within the STS data center spans real-time data replication, backup orchestration, automated failover, and critical service restoration mechanisms, all designed to operate seamlessly under emergency conditions and to guarantee uninterrupted access to essential services. The scope is further complemented by extensive testing and validation services, including disaster recovery drills, recovery scenario simulations, and rigorous verification of RTO and RPO parameters against the institution's continuity requirements and regulatory obligations. The implementation deadline is June 30, 2026, followed by 36 months of support and warranty services — ensuring long-term reliability, operational integrity, and a sustained partnership well beyond go-live.
