PHOENIX
PHOENIX is the new integrated IT system through which the National House of Public Pensions is transforming its relationship with millions of citizens in Romania and across the diaspora. Built on a modern, extensible architecture, the system brings more than 100 digital services into a single ecosystem, reachable through a portal and a mobile app — from E-Talon and pension simulations to digital identity services, payments, and AI-assisted interaction. Through the scale of its adoption and the integration of technologies such as the EUDI Wallet, Open Banking, and advanced digital services, Phoenix has the potential to become one of the public platforms with the greatest impact on Romania's digitalization.
