NRRP & RAPID
We designed and implemented two enterprise-grade digital platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure for the Ministry of Environment, aimed at modernizing the management of public funding programs and improving operational transparency. The first platform manages the full lifecycle of NRRP-funded manure management infrastructure projects — from publishing calls for proposals and online applications to automated eligibility checks, scoring, contracting, monitoring, and reporting. The platform is now used by over 2,800 municipalities across Romania to apply for and manage European funding through a fully digital process.
The second platform, financed through an World Bank IBRD loan, supports the RAPID Grant Scheme through online submissions, automated eligibility validation and scoring, public support calculation, threshold-based compliance blocking, and real-time dashboards for portfolio oversight and decision-making. Both platforms were built to ensure scalability, auditability, process standardization, and faster program execution.
