Cristian is a talented people connector, business developer, and effective teams assembler — a strategist with a customer-centric and value-creation mindset. He has more than 25 years of IT field experience, leading the national sales department of a top multinational for 16 years, and, as a full-fledged entrepreneur, organically building the current company for almost a decade.
He created an internal culture of excellence and autonomy / self-drivenness in value creation, that attracted a certain type of professionals willing to express their long-accumulated expertise with the unique freedom to choose the right technologies and architectures in delivering products and services that make a strong and broad social impact — ones for them to be proud of.
He holds a master's in Physics, an international E-MBA degree, and a strong local relational network.
