End-to-End Core Banking Transformation

BC EXIMBANK S.A., a Chișinău-based commercial bank within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has been a strategic Wing Leading Edge client since May 2019 under a framework agreement extended through a continuous stream of work orders. We led the transformation of the bank's Core Banking platform (abSolut) and its surrounding ecosystem — redesigning End-of-Day and End-of-Month processes, rebuilding LDD tasks, implementing a new Cut-Off mechanism, AML-driven onboarding with world checklist screening, Virtual POS integration, and custom Detica interfaces.

We also delivered the Credit Digital Flow, Digital Signature, Digital Soft-Collection and Core Banking Archiving solutions, the Risk Framework aligned to ISP and Deloitte specs, a reshaped DWH for Credit Risk, rebuilt BIC–SAS–DWH interfaces, a UiPath RPA pilot, and project management for the NAG "Anti Financial Crime" program mandated by Intesa Sanpaolo — a scope spanning deep core banking engineering through group-level compliance delivery.
