ADR — Cloud Gov

Romania's public sector faces significant challenges driven by legacy, on-premises systems that limit interoperability, scalability, and the delivery of efficient digital services. These constraints slow down digital transformation and hinder alignment with European data governance standards. With 4 won contracts (out of 16), WLE plays a pivotal role in addressing these challenges by leading the migration of critical public sector applications to the Government Public Cloud (GPC). Its responsibility spans the transformation of legacy systems into cloud-ready and cloud-native solutions, as well as the development of new digital services designed for a modern, scalable cloud environment. The Public Institutions that rely on our delivery abilities are: Agricultural Payment Agency (APIA), National Meteorological Agency (ANM), State Assets Administration Authority (AAAS) and Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEDAT). Beyond migration, WING enables secure interoperability and data exchange across institutions, supporting the implementation of the "once-only" principle and laying the foundation for integrated, citizen-centric public services, becoming a strategic transformation partner of trust for these GOV entities.
