The project addresses the CNPP's need to consolidate data from multiple sources, provide unified and rapid reporting, and transition from fragmented reports to integrated, predictive, and decision-oriented analytics, while also establishing the necessary infrastructure for databases and analytical processing to support timely, consistent reporting for other institutions. As part of the consortium, WING is responsible for the core project activities, including analytical services, architectural design, data structure modeling, configuration, implementation, integration, the development of reports and dashboards, as well as database migration, consolidation, and production deployment. 3 years of project maintenance.
