eTerra
eTerra is the system through which property rights of all Romanians are registered and protected. Every apartment purchased, every plot of land sold, every mortgage recorded — they all pass through this system. Our team handles maintenance and evolution of the platform, which covers both day-to-day issue resolution and the development of new functionalities and legal compliance updates. We added advanced map-based visualization of property titles (using GIS technology), implemented automated checks for the correctness of geometric data, and ensured compliance with the European INSPIRE standards for geospatial data exchange. The system is used daily by more than 3,000 ANCPI employees across all counties and by over 17,000 external users — notaries, surveyors, banks, and other institutions that need cadastral information. The project was signed for 4 years, and will be renewed in 2027.
